A VA can be an extra pair of hands to free up some of your time, they can add a skillset to your team which you don't currently have or they can help to ensure you stay organised and productive. There are many different services offered by Virtual Assistants to help you and your business in whatever way is needed. 

A VA is a freelance contractor who works alongside your business rather than for your business. Unlike an employee, you will only pay for the hours that the VA is actually completing tasks for you, and you will not have any liability for sick pay, holiday pay or tax/NI contributions. There is no requirement to provide working space or equipment, and no long recruitment processes. Working with a VA also provides you with complete flexibility, allowing you to scale up or down the hours that they work for you each month.

Unfortunately there is no one size fits all, and you may not know until you get started. However, if you know you are in need of some help in your business, and you have tasks which can be completed remotely, chances are working with the right VA will be a great choice. Whenever we start working with a new client, we always suggest a review after the first month and every six months thereafter to ensure both parties are still happy with the working arrangements. And if you decide it's not for you, there is no obligation to continue. 

All data we receive from or about the businesses we work with is always kept completely confidential. We are fully registered with the ICO and adhere to all GDPR regulations. We have systems in place to share information safely and discreetly, and you can even share passwords to your systems with us without ever telling us what it is by using encrypted password management services. We will always have a data protection agreement in place if we need to process any data on your behalf and if needed, we are happy to sign any non-disclosure agreements as required.
